1. Who provides the service

2. What Viditia is

A tool to prepare, review, schedule and publish content to YouTube, Instagram and TikTok from a single calendar, with video editing utilities and AI caption suggestions.

3. Your account and your networks

• You must be over 18 and use social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• You connect each network through its official login and can disconnect it at any time.
• By publishing to YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. By publishing to Instagram or TikTok you also agree to their terms and community guidelines, including TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation.

4. Your content

The content you upload is yours. You only allow us to store it, process it (for example, turning photos into video or trimming silences) and publish it where and when you tell us. You are responsible for holding the rights to that content, including music, and for complying with the law and each network's rules. Viditia never publishes anything you have not marked as ready.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Viditia to publish spam, illegal or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights, nor to automate actions the networks prohibit (mass following, liking or commenting).

6. Subscription and payments

Paid plans are charged in advance monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. The free trial is not charged if you cancel before it ends.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, but it also depends on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, which may change or limit their services. We are not liable for posts that fail for reasons outside Viditia's control. We will notify you when a post fails.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may leave at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with prior notice except in serious cases.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
