- Access tokens each network gives us when you connect. They are stored encrypted on the server and used only for the actions above. We never see or store your passwords.
- Technical data: activity logs (what was published, when, and whether it failed) so we can notify you and fix issues.
3. How we use it
- To publish to your accounts the content you prepared and marked as ready, at the date and time you choose.
- To show you in the app what has been published and the statistics of your accounts and posts (followers, views, likes, comments, shares), so you can see which content works best.
- If you ask for it, to prepare an AI study of those statistics (section 6).
- To notify you if a post fails or a connection expires.
- To provide support and bill your subscription.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles for third parties, and we do not sell or rent your data.
4. Use of Google (YouTube) data
Viditia's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only use Google data to upload the videos you publish with Viditia and to show you in the app the statistics of your channel and videos.
- We do not transfer Google data to third parties, except to the technical providers needed to run the service (including, only when you request a study, the AI provider in section 6), as required by law, or with your consent.
- We do not use Google data for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models.
- No human reads your Google data, except with your explicit permission for support, for security purposes, or as required by law.
Viditia uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is also handled under the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Viditia's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
5. Instagram and TikTok data
We use Meta and TikTok data under the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service, only for the purposes in section 3. You can revoke access from the app ("Disconnect" button) or from each network's settings: on Instagram, Settings → Apps and websites; on TikTok, Settings → Security → Apps and services.
6. Artificial intelligence
We use an AI provider (Anthropic, Claude) only when you ask for it, in two cases: caption suggestions, for which we send the title, description or idea you type; and statistics studies, for which we send your posts' numbers (date, format, duration, views, likes, comments, shares, saves) and their titles so it can tell you what works best. We never send your access tokens or other people's data. The provider processes that data only to return the answer and does not use it to train its models, and Viditia does not use your data to train AI models either.
7. Who we share data with
Only with providers that help us run the service, under data processing agreements: hosting and file storage, subscription payments (Stripe), email delivery and the AI provider in section 6. And with YouTube, Instagram and TikTok when you publish to them, because that is exactly what you ask us to do.
8. Retention
For as long as you have a Viditia account. Tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect a network. If you delete your account, we delete your data and files within 30 days at most, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
9. Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, object to or restrict the use of your data and request its portability by writing to hello@viditia.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). How to delete your data: instructions.
10. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and tokens are stored securely. Access to data is limited to the service owner.
11. Cookies
This website and the app only use the technical cookies needed to keep you signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
12. Changes
If we change this policy we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
